Adquirir conhecimento e habilidade para prestar assistência de enfermagem ao paciente crítico pautado na missão, visão e valores institucionais e conforme Regimento do Serviço de Enfermagem. Ser capaz de organizar o cuidado através da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) e realizar o procedimentos, sob supervisão do enfermeiro.Horário: 07h às 13hResponsabilidades e atribuições·        Acompanhamento da escala de plantão dos técnicos de enfermagem, conforme os leitos das UTI´s;·        Suporte na conferência dos equipamentos e preenchimento dos controles diários;·        Registrar no caderno administrativo; ·        Suporte na conferência dos leitos preparados para admissão;·        Acompanhamento da corrida de leito;·        Auxiliar médicos, enfermeiros e técnicos de enfermagem durante os procedimentos; ·        Solicitar corretamente materiais e kit's de procedimento à farmácia e proceder à devolução ao término do procedimento ou quando não utilizado; ·        Conhecer os esquemas de preparo de medicação e suas respectivas dosagens; ·        Realizar troca de curativos, tendo como referência o Protocolo Institucional, sob supervisão do enfermeiro; ·        Participar da elaboração da prescrição de enfermagem e instituir plano de cuidados sob supervisão do enfermeiro; ·        Acompanhar as lesões incidentes e prevalentes dos pacientes internados no CTI, mantendo a planilha semanal atualizada;·        Participar da reunião semanal de acompanhamento de lesões.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS TÉCNICOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:·        Cursando ensino superior de enfermagem a partir do 4° semestre.REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS:·        Conhecimento do pacote Office;·        Possuir habilidade e conhecimento para a execução de todos os procedimentos de enfermagem;·        Conhecimento do Código de Ética Profissional Vigente;Informações adicionaisTransporte: Vale-Transporte;Alimentação: Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação no valor de R$ 15,00 por dia trabalhado.Bolsa estágio: R$800,00
