Responsabilidades e atribuições

Participação dos Kickoff interno;Participação de reuniões com Cliente e Operadora;Garantir o checklist atualizado das Operadores , bem como prazos necessários para abertura de subfatura;Conferência documental do checklist recepcionado do cliente e controle de pendências;Envio e Controle das assinaturas Digitais via plataforma da Consultoria;Validação do layout de implantação e ajustes de críticas junto com o cliente;Confecção do layout de Implantação com apoio da gestão;Conferir a base de ativos da Operadora em conformidade a base inicial de vidas implantadas;Conferir o 1º faturamento e enviar ao cliente, com apoio da gestão;Orientar o cliente quanto as rotinas operacionais (movimentações e faturamento);Garantir as SLA’s das etapas de implantação, evitando perda de prazos e atrasos;Cadastro das subfaturas nos sistemas internos da Consultoria;Acompanhamento das demandas e atualização do status do processo nos chamados internos;Apoiar o cliente e operadora no esclarecimento de dúvidas e informações do processo;Envio do e-mail de Conclusão e Pesquisa de Satisfação;Foco em clientes que demanda rotinas de aberturas de subfaturas de baixa complexidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando ensino superior em Administração, Ciências Atuariais e/ou Correlatos;Conhecimento básico no pacote office;Ter boa comunicação verbal e escrita, organização, colaboração, criatividade e trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde e OdontológicoSeguro de VidaVale refeição e/ou alimentaçãoVale transporteWellhubWellzDay offApoio Pass para você e seus dependentesDescontos nas contratações de seguros pessoais como automóvel, vida, residência, viagem entre outros.Aqui, você é quem define o seu crescimento e o tamanho das suas conquistas.
