Prestar suporte às atividades do Departamento Jurídico, de Compliance e Regulatório, sob orientação e supervisão dos advogados e da liderança imediata, auxiliando na organização, atualização e controle de documentos, planilhas, arquivos e sistemas da área. Apoiar o controle de contratos, pagamentos e agendas, bem como a organização e manutenção de documentos e informações societárias. Atuar no suporte aos advogados na organização e instrução documental de defesas e demais demandas jurídicas, incluindo a interface com Concessionárias. Auxiliar no recebimento, registro e encaminhamento de intimações e demais comunicações jurídicas aos responsáveis, bem como na preparação e organização de documentos jurídicos, como substabelecimentos, cartas de preposição e procurações. Apoiar a elaboração de estudos, levantamentos legais, apresentações e materiais de suporte às atividades do Departamento Jurídico, de Compliance e Regulatório, bem como a organização de treinamentos e comunicados de Compliance. Auxiliar na preparação de dossiês e na organização de documentos e evidências para análises reputacionais, além de apoiar a coleta, organização e consolidação de evidências das atividades da área para acompanhamento de metas, indicadores e auditorias. Realizar o controle e a organização dos arquivos físicos e digitais do departamento e executar outras atividades correlatas de apoio ao Departamento Jurídico, de Compliance e Regulatório, conforme orientação dos advogados e da liderança imediata.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar apoio à organização, atualização e controle de documentos, arquivos, planilhas e sistemas do Departamento Jurídico, de Compliance e Regulatório. Auxiliar na organização e instrução documental de processos, defesas, manifestações, intimações e demais demandas jurídicas. Atuar no suporte às atividades societárias e administrativas da área, incluindo o controle de contratos, pagamentos, agendas e documentos societários. Apoiar as atividades de Compliance e Regulatório, contribuindo na preparação de treinamentos, comunicados, estudos, levantamentos, dossiês e na organização de evidências.
