Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação - Cursando : Recursos Humanos, Direito, Comunicação, Social, Marketing, Administração, Psicologia e ou áreas correlatas.

Pensamento analítico, adaptabilidade, flexibilidade, comunicação assertiva e pensamento critico e organização.

Desejável: PowerBI, Lean six sigma, white belt, cursos voltados a mapeamento de processos e melhoria continua. Desejável conhecimentos em automação e IA.Desejável inglês avançado.
