Venha você também fazer parte da história do maior complexo siderúrgico da América Latina, um grupo que tem como essência “fazer bem, fazer mais e fazer para sempre”.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReponsabilidades:Apoiar na organização, controle e logística dos treinamentos corporativos e obrigatórios (convocação de participantes, confirmações, listas de presença, registro de evidências e acompanhamentos no sistema interno).Auxiliar na atualização, divulgação e acompanhamento do calendário anual de T&D.Realizar levantamentos de necessidades de treinamento junto às áreas, contribuindo para a construção dos planos de desenvolvimento.Apoiar na integração de novos colaboradores, garantindo a execução e atualização dos conteúdos.Contribuir para a manutenção dos indicadores de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (horas de treinamento, participação, conformidade, plano de desenvolvimento, etc.).Atuar nas ações de Qualidade de Vida e programas internos (campanhas de saúde, bem-estar, ações comemorativas, programas internos de engajamento e clima).Apoiar a área em processos administrativos diversos, como organização de arquivos, controle de fornecedores, solicitações de materiais e comunicação interna.Contribuir com ideias, melhorias e inovações para fortalecer a experiência do colaborador e a cultura da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Imprescindíveis:Estar cursando Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas;Disponibilidade para estagiar por pelo menos 1 ano;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização, proatividade e interesse em temas de desenvolvimento de pessoas;Pacote Office básico (principalmente Excel e PowerPoint).Diferenciais:Participação em projetos acadêmicos, monitorias ou atividades de liderança;Conhecimento prévio em T&D, RH ou áreas administrativas;Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e comunicação interna.Informações adicionaisNÃO PREENCHER ESSE CAMPO*Nossos benefícios são:Assistência médica;Total Pass;Wellhub;Refeitório no local; Vale transporte;Seguro de Vida.Benefícios vigentes, podendo sofrer alterações.
