Acompanhar e apoiar as atividades da área de contratos do Grupo Plaenge, contribuindo com as rotinas do setor e desenvolvendo conhecimentos e competências profissionais por meio da atuação prática e supervisionada, assegurando o aprendizado prático e o desenvolvimento contínuo.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar no direcionamento de solicitações de procurações públicas e particulares, certidões de procurações e revogação de procurações, por meio do recebimento, organização e encaminhamento das demandas às áreas responsáveis, contribuindo para o adequado andamento das solicitações.

Realizar, sob supervisão, o envio de documentos para assinatura eletrônica, por meio dos canais de comunicação internos da empresa, com o objetivo de manter os documentos organizados e assinados.

Contribuir com a emissão de relatórios por meio do BI interno, levantamento de informações e elaboração de relatórios solicitados, com o objetivo de auxiliar e apoiar a atualização das informações.

Apoiar no controle de dados de contratos, cessões, renegociações, distratos e termos já emitidos, por meio da conferência dos registros nos documentos, visando manter os dados corretos e evitar erros.

Apoiar no cadastro de dados nos sistemas operacionais de contratos e empreendimentos, como atualização de vencimentos e modelos de minutas padrão de contratos, realizando o preenchimento de planilhas de cadastro de empreendimentos, a fim de assegurar que a emissão de contratos seja realizada com qualidade e eficiência.

Apoiar no direcionamento de citações recebidas no Domicílio Judicial Eletrônico para os respectivos responsáveis, por meio da organização e do encaminhamento das demandas às áreas responsáveis, contribuindo para o correto direcionamento e andamento das solicitações.

Participar do apoio na emissão de contratos no sistema durante os lançamentos comerciais, por meio da atualização dos dados na planilha de informações, com o objetivo de assegurar agilidade e eficiência nas operações comerciais.

Contribuir com as demais atividades correlatas solicitadas pelo superior imediato.
