Atuar como suporte às atividades assistenciais e administrativas da Unidade de Internação de Cuidados Cirúrgicos, sob supervisão direta do enfermeiro responsável, contribuindo para a segurança do paciente no período pré e pós-operatório. Auxiliar na execução de cuidados básicos, organização do setor, registros assistenciais e cumprimento de protocolos institucionais, garantindo qualidade, humanização e conformidade com normas técnicas, éticas e de biossegurança.

Horário: 07h às 13h de segunda a sextaBolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar na assistência de enfermagem ao paciente cirúrgico no pré e pós-operatório.

Auxiliar na verificação e registro de sinais vitais, balanço hídrico e evolução, sob supervisão. Contribuir na preparação e encaminhamento do paciente para procedimentos. Apoiar na realização de curativos simples e cuidados com dispositivos (sob supervisão). Auxiliar na administração segura do cuidado conforme prescrição e orientação do enfermeiro. Colaborar na prevenção de riscos (queda, lesão por pressão, infecção). Auxiliar na organização do posto de enfermagem e controle de materiais. Realizar registros em prontuário e sistemas institucionais conforme orientação. Cumprir protocolos de segurança do paciente e normas de biossegurança. Participar de treinamentos e atividades educativas do setor. Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediato.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento em Enfermagem. Matrícula ativa e vínculo formal de estágio conforme legislação vigente. Desejável: Cursos complementares em Biossegurança, Controle de Infecção ou Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE).
