Faça parte da expansão de uma das maiores redes varejistas do estado do Rio de Janeiro!Buscamos um(a) ESTILISTA — DESENVOLVIMENTO DE COLEÇÃO, para atuar no desenvolvimento e construção de coleções de moda, transformando tendências, comportamento de consumo e direcionamentos comerciais em produtos atrativos, viáveis e alinhados ao posicionamento da empresa e ao público-alvo.Será responsável por conduzir tecnicamente o desenvolvimento da coleção, desde a pesquisa e definição do conceito até a aprovação da peça piloto, garantindo coerência estética, viabilidade produtiva, qualidade, custo e aderência ao mix comercial.O profissional terá atuação especialmente relevante no desenvolvimento da coleção feminina, que representa atualmente a principal frente de desenvolvimento da empresa, mas deverá possuir repertório diversificado em diferentes categorias e materiais.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar pesquisa de tendências de moda, comportamento, cores, materiais, shapes, estampas e referências de mercado;Criar conceitos, temas e direcionamentos para as coleções;Desenvolver mood boards, cartelas de cores e direcionamentos de produto;Idealizar e desenvolver coleções completas, contemplando diferentes categorias de produtos, como tops, bottoms, peças inteiras, entre outras;Participar da definição e construção do mix de produtos da coleção;Desenvolver produtos considerando tendências, perfil do consumidor, posicionamento comercial e viabilidade de custo;Atuar no desenvolvimento de produtos em diferentes materiais, especialmente malha, tecido plano e jeans;Desenvolver e acompanhar projetos de estamparia, realizando briefing e direcionamento aos fornecedores;Elaborar e/ou acompanhar a elaboração de fichas técnicas completas, garantindo clareza das informações necessárias ao desenvolvimento;Acompanhar fornecedores durante o processo de desenvolvimento;Realizar atendimento e alinhamento técnico com fornecedores;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento da peça piloto;Realizar análise e aprovação técnica das peças piloto, avaliando modelagem, caimento, tecido, aviamentos, acabamento, proporção e aderência ao conceito desenvolvido;Fazer os ajustes necessários no produto até sua aprovação;Construir e acompanhar o calendário de desenvolvimento das coleções;Trabalhar em conjunto com Compras, Gestão de Categorias, fornecedores e demais áreas envolvidas no desenvolvimento;Garantir organização e acompanhamento das diversas referências, produtos, fornecedores e etapas simultâneas do processo;Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e apresentações de coleção;Executar atividades correlatas e/ou conforme orientação do superior imediato.

Requisitos e qualificações

FormaçãoEnsino Superior Completo, preferencialmente em Moda, Design de Moda ou áreas correlatas.ExperiênciaExperiência em Estilo, Desenvolvimento de Produto ou atividades correlatas;Experiência prática com desenvolvimento de coleções;Vivência em varejo de moda será considerada importante diferencial;Experiência com desenvolvimento de coleção feminina será valorizada;Perfil com autonomia e maturidade técnica para conduzir as etapas de desenvolvimento.Conhecimentos obrigatóriosDesenvolvimento de coleção;Pesquisa de tendências;Tecidos e materiais;Estamparia;Ficha técnica;Desenvolvimento e aprovação de peça piloto;Atendimento e relacionamento com fornecedores;Pacote Office;Adobe Illustrator;Adobe Photoshop;CorelDRAW.Conhecimentos desejáveisExperiência em varejo de moda de grande volume;Vivência com diferentes categorias de produto;Conhecimento de jeans e processos de lavanderia;Conhecimento de modelagem, aviamentos e processos produtivos;Experiência com público das classes C e D;Vivência em ambientes de desenvolvimento com alto volume de referências e fornecedores.
