Por isso contamos com você para:Receber, conferir e armazenar mercadorias conforme pedidos de compra e notas fiscais.Organizar estoques de alimentos, bebidas, descartáveis e materiais diversos, respeitando critérios de armazenamento, conservação e validade.Controlar entrada e saída de produtos, mantendo registros atualizados e garantindo acuracidade das informações de estoque.Monitorar validade, rotulagem, integridade e condições de conservação dos produtos armazenados.Aplicar o sistema PVPS (Primeiro que Vence, Primeiro que Sai) na organização e movimentação dos produtos.Separar, abastecer e disponibilizar insumos para as áreas solicitantes, como cozinha, produção e atendimento.Manter limpeza, organização e conservação das áreas de estoque, câmaras frias, prateleiras e almoxarifado.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e armazenamento.Controlar temperaturas de câmaras frias e equipamentos de armazenamento, registrando informações conforme procedimentos internos.Preencher planilhas e controles relacionados à qualidade, recebimento e movimentação de produtos.Controlar e impedir o acesso às câmaras frias sem utilização adequada dos EPIs obrigatórios.Realizar inventários físicos periódicos e apoiar processos de reconciliação e contagem de estoque.Identificar divergências, avarias, perdas ou vencimentos de produtos e reportar à liderança.Apoiar o controle de perdas, desperdícios e níveis mínimos de estoque.Auxiliar nos processos de reposição e comunicação com a área de compras.Contribuir para melhorias de organização, layout e eficiência logística do estoque.Participar de auditorias internas e externas, garantindo organização e documentação necessária.Cumprir as diretrizes de segurança do trabalho, normas internas e procedimentos da empresa contratante, quando aplicável.Participar de treinamentos relacionados a boas práticas, segurança alimentar e gestão de estoque.Requisitos e qualificações🎯 Procuramos pessoas que, como a gente, acreditam que qualidade, comprometimento e crescimento andam juntos.
