Você será peça fundamental no nosso box logístico, atuando diretamente nos estoques centralizados (CDs) e sendo responsável pelo recebimento, conferência, separação, armazenamento e expedição de insumos.Se você tem ritmo para acompanhar uma operação ágil e entende que uma grande vitória na pista começa com uma logística de bastidores impecável, seu lugar é no nosso grid de largada.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Estoquista no Grupo FIT, você será fundamental para a eficiência da nossa cadeia de suprimentos, garantindo que nossos produtos cheguem às lojas com a qualidade e agilidade necessárias. Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Recebimento e ConferênciaReceber produtos dos fornecedores, conferindo nota fiscal, quantidade e qualidade.Verificar validade, temperatura, embalagem e integridade dos itens perecíveis e não perecíveis.Registrar ocorrências, perdas ou divergências e comunicar imediatamente à liderança do Supply.Organização do EstoqueOrganizar os produtos no estoque conforme normas de armazenagem, lote e validade.Garantir layout funcional, com áreas de separação, ressuprimento e estoque técnico bem definidas.Manter o local limpo, seguro e devidamente sinalizado.Controlar insumos sensíveis (refrigerados, congelados, alto custo), seguindo protocolos.Separação e ExpediçãoSeparar pedidos com exatidão, conforme requisições das lojas, evitando falhas e rupturas.Preparar cargas e embalagens para envio, respeitando os critérios logísticos do Grupo FIT.Controlar os prazos de expedição e apoiar o time de transporte com entregas ágeis e completas.Controle e InventárioAcompanhar giro de estoque e sinalizar excessos, faltas ou produtos com baixa movimentação.Realizar inventários cíclicos, conferências diárias e participar dos fechamentos mensais de estoque.Apoiar a equipe de Supply na criação de controles e melhorias nos processos logísticos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Pessoa organizada, ágil e atenta aos detalhes, que entende a importância do bastidor para a excelência da operação.Habilidades Comportamentais: Perfil ágil, organizado(a), com espírito de equipe, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes.Conhecimentos: Conhecimento com produtos alimentícios ou rotinas de foodservice será um diferencial, familiaridade com recebimento, conferência e separação de pedidos.Vivência Desejável: Vivência prévia em estoque, logística ou Centro de Distribuição (CD).Informações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: Aeroporto de GuarulhosSalário: R$ 2.070,51Benefícios: Vale transporte + refeição no local.Escala: 6x1 (folgas conforme operação).Turno: 14h às 22h20
