Missão do cargo Liderar estrategicamente a estruturação, crescimento e escala das verticais CIS Igrejas e CIS Empresas, transformando as iniciativas em modelos de negócio sustentáveis, replicáveis e de alcance nacional. Será responsável por conectar estratégia, marketing, growth, vendas, operação, experiência do cliente e resultado financeiro, liderando um time multidisciplinar e atuando com alto nível de autonomia, protagonismo e visão de negócio. A posição terá interface direta com o Sponsor / liderança da BU e responsabilidade sobre um P&L, exigindo capacidade de tomada de decisão, visão sistêmica e orientação a resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a estratégia e evolução dos negócios CIS Igrejas e CIS Empresas.

Estruturar planos de negócio, metas, indicadores, orçamento e prioridades estratégicas.

Gerenciar o P&L, acompanhando receita, margem, custos, investimentos e retorno das iniciativas.

Definir estratégias de Growth, Marketing, Performance e aquisição de clientes.

Estruturar e otimizar os funis de vendas e conversão.

Identificar novas oportunidades de mercado, canais, produtos e modelos de monetização.

Transformar estratégias em planos de execução, acompanhando resultados e realizando ajustes de rota.

Liderar um time multidisciplinar formado por Copywriter, Pedagógico, Gestor de Clientes, 2 SDRs, CRM e Designer.

Garantir integração entre as diferentes áreas e stakeholders envolvidos nos projetos.

Criar processos, playbooks e modelos replicáveis para expansão nacional.

Atuar próximo às franquias, garantindo alinhamento entre estratégia, comercialização e entrega.

Apresentar à liderança análises de performance, oportunidades, riscos e planos de ação.

Requisitos e qualificações Visão de negócio e capacidade analítica;

Experiência com Growth, Marketing, Performance e Novos Negócios;

Histórico de construção ou expansão de negócios/produtos;

Experiência com gestão de P&L e indicadores financeiros;

Capacidade de estruturar estratégias e transformá-las em execução;

Experiência com gestão de times multidisciplinares;

Forte capacidade de comunicação e influência;

Autonomia para tomar decisões e conduzir projetos;

Capacidade de articulação com diferentes áreas e stakeholders;

Perfil orientado a dados, resultados e melhoria contínua;

Vivência nos mercados de educação, treinamento, mentoria, franquias, serviços ou negócios digitais será um diferencial.
