Responsabilidades e atribuições Receber e executar solicitações de viagens corporativas.Emitir passagens e encaminhar informações para conferência dos clientes.Acompanhar demandas, pesquisas e movimentações realizadas na plataforma.Revisar datas, trajetos e dados antes das emissões.Manter contato com clientes para estimular a utilização dos serviços.Identificar falhas operacionais e atuar em exceções não prevenidas pelo sistema.

Requisitos e qualificações ✅ ObrigatóriosCurso superior em andamento, sem formação específica exigida.Experiência em atendimento, suporte, operações ou gestão de contas.Vivência com processos que exijam conferência rigorosa de informações.Experiência com rotinas de atendimento e acompanhamento de solicitações.Experiência com organização e controle de demandas operacionais.Facilidade para utilizar plataformas e sistemas digitais.Comunicação clara para registrar e encaminhar problemas técnicos.⭐ DiferenciaisParticipação em empresa júnior, centro acadêmico, associação ou outras iniciativas universitárias.Experiência em agência de viagens, turismo corporativo ou empresas do segmento.Conhecimento sobre emissões, milhas ou rotinas de viagens.Formação em andamento em Turismo ou conhecimento prévio na área.Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou atendimento de plataformas.Conhecimento em tecnologia para tratativas internas.
