Reunimos em nosso portfólio dezenas de shoppings centers, greenfields, expansões e outros conceitos como centros gastronômicos, liderados por um time de excelência que reúne conhecimento, energia e paixão pelo que faz, agindo como dono, de forma próxima e comprometida com o dia-a-dia do negócio.Buscamos a maximização dos resultados sustentáveis de longo prazo, por meio de uma gestão eficiente e profissional, processos estruturados e sensibilidade mercadológica.Vem com a gente FAZER PARTE DESSA HISTÓRIA!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSobre a oportunidade:Como Executivo (a) Comercial de Mall e Mídia, na Soul Malls, você irá:Conhecer detalhadamente o empreendimento que está sendo comercializado, avaliando o espaço físico da "luc" (no. da loja), objetivando iniciar a construção de proposta.Entender as necessidades do shopping, mix de lojas do local, construindo os segmentos (vestuário, moda, calçados, etc) e apresentando as marcas selecionadas ao Comitê Comercial, para construção do "pipeline" para cada espaço disponível.Realizar constantemente contatos com as marcas e possíveis investidores (novo ou franqueado), por meio de encontros presenciais (preferencialmente) ou por telefone/email, com o objetivo de iniciar um relacionamento para geração de negócios.Apresentar o empreendimento e espaço disponível ao investidor ou a marca, entendendo suas necessidades, submetendo os valores dos espaços, para posterior preparação da proposta.Preparar proposta comercial, incluindo todos os detalhes da operação de comercialização do espaço, para aprovação do comitê comercial (shopping) e nacional (holding) e posterior assinatura do contrato. Apresentar ao investidor ou a marca, todo o processo de administração, operações (projetos, obras, segurança, limpeza) e marketing, visando o conhecimento do modelo do shopping, sempre mantendo contato com a área comercial. Participar do processo de acompanhamento da obra e sua inauguração, mantendo sempre excelente relacionamento com o cliente, visando possíveis negócios futuros. Buscar constantemente novas oportunidades e alternativas de negócios, com o objetivo de incrementar a receita da empresa. Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a natureza da função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisito(s) Técnico(s) Obrigatório (s):Superior completo em Administração, Marketing ou afins.Experiência na área comercial e/ou agência de propaganda.Pacote Office.Requisito(s) Técnico(s) Desejável (is):Conhecimento de varejo e mercado de shopping center.Experiência em negociações e propostas comerciais.Requisito(s) Comportamental (is):Capacidade de análise.Negociação.Solução de problemas.Senso de urgência.Organização.Iniciativa.Informações adicionaisRegime de Contratação: CLT;Modalidade: Presencial;Horário e Escala: Segunda à sexta-feira, das 9h às 19h.Nossos benefícios:Além de trabalhar em uma empresa em constante crescimento, focada em impulsionar talentos, por aqui você também terá:🍝 Vale Refeição e/ou Alimentação;🚌 Vale Transporte;🏥Plano de Saúde e Odontológico;🥳 Day-off no seu aniversário para você curtir muito;💙 Seguro de Vida.Quer saber mais?
