Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais ResponsabilidadesDesenvolver e manter relacionamento consultivo com corretores de seguros das regiões do Rio de Janeiro e Espírito Santo;Realizar ações de incentivo e fomento de negócios por meio dos canais Avaya, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp e e-mail;Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e rentabilização da carteira de corretores;Atuar na divulgação de campanhas, produtos, estratégias comerciais e oportunidades de mercado;Apoiar os corretores na manutenção e ampliação dos negócios em todos os ramos de seguros;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da carteira, propondo ações para alavancar resultados;Garantir uma experiência de atendimento ágil, próxima e de excelência, promovendo a fidelização dos parceiros comerciais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos obrigatórios, você deve ter:Graduação completa em Administração, Gestão de Seguros, Gestão Comercial ou cursos relacionados;Experiência comercial no mercado de seguros;Vivência comercial com atendimento ao cliente;Residir em Minas Gerais, preferencialmente em Belo Horizonte;Disponibilidade para trabalhar de forma híbrida 3x presencial e 2x home office.

Como requisitos desejáveis, você deve ter:

Domínio em pacote Office, principalmente Excel;Conhecimento em indicadores comerciais e análise de resultados.
