Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Alianças Estratégicas para atuar na gestão e desenvolvimento do ecossistema de parceiros tecnológicos da empresa.Essa pessoa será o principal elo entre os parceiros estratégicos, time comercial e áreas internas, garantindo que as alianças se transformem em oportunidades reais de negócio.Não é uma posição focada em venda direta ao cliente final. O desafio está em desenvolver os parceiros, engajar o time comercial e acelerar oportunidades conjuntas, por meio de relacionamento, influência e execução.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades Gerenciar o relacionamento com parceiros estratégicos e fabricantes de tecnologia;Construir e acompanhar planos de ação conjuntos;Estimular a geração e evolução de oportunidades comerciais por meio dos parceiros;Atuar junto ao time de vendas no posicionamento das soluções parceiras;Conduzir ações de enablement, treinamentos e iniciativas comerciais;Acompanhar pipeline, próximos passos e evolução das oportunidades;Apoiar temas relacionados a pricing, propostas, condições comerciais e contratos;Identificar oportunidades de expansão e desenvolvimento do ecossistema de parceiros.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos O que buscamosExperiência com alianças estratégicas, parcerias, canais ou desenvolvimento de negócios B2B em tecnologia;Vivência com vendas consultivas e soluções de maior complexidade;Experiência trabalhando em conjunto com times comerciais para geração de negócios;Forte capacidade de relacionamento, negociação e influência;Perfil hands-on, organizado e orientado a resultados;Experiência em empresas de software, cloud, infraestrutura, cibersegurança, telecom, SaaS ou segmentos relacionados;Inglês para interação com parceiros internacionais.Será diferencial ter experiência com fabricantes/ISVs, co-sell, go-to-market, segurança digital, identidade, autenticação, infraestrutura ou mercado financeiro.
