Sobre a oportunidade

A Seek RH está apoiando uma empresa de tecnologia na contratação de um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas B2B para desenvolver negócios e expandir a atuação comercial em Minas Gerais. A posição é voltada a profissionais com experiência em vendas consultivas, prospecção e gestão de oportunidades, especialmente no segmento de gestão e monitoramento de frotas.

Principais responsabilidades

Prospectar e qualificar novos clientes e oportunidades de negócio. Realizar visitas comerciais, reuniões e apresentações de soluções. Elaborar propostas comerciais, conduzir negociações e fechar contratos. Gerenciar o pipeline de vendas e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho. Desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos, fidelizar clientes e identificar oportunidades de expansão. Participar de eventos e ações comerciais para ampliar a geração de negócios. Acompanhar o pós-venda e identificar novas oportunidades junto aos clientes.

Condições da oportunidade

Contratação CLT. Horário comercial: das 8h às 17h48. Atuação em Minas Gerais, com viagens e visitas comerciais por diferentes regiões do estado. Remuneração fixa compatível com faixa sênior, além de comissionamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Ensino superior em Gestão Comercial. Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas, preferencialmente no mercado B2B. Experiência na área de gestão e monitoramento de frotas. Habilidade em prospecção, negociação e desenvolvimento de novos negócios. Capacidade de gerenciar pipeline comercial, acompanhar indicadores e conduzir negociações até o fechamento. Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas comerciais em diferentes regiões de Minas Gerais.
