Desenvolver o canal indireto através do aumento de distribuição, sell-out e da melhoria da execução. Garantir a presença do mix ideal por canal da carteira do distribuidor. Construir diagnósticos, mapear áreas/canais de oportunidades, monitorar a evolução dos resultados para garantir a execução do planejamento estratégico e comercial, capacidade de influenciar a equipe dos distribuidores e ter capacidade de defesa do conceito/propósito da marca e tendência de mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAgenda de visita semanal com os vendedores dos distribuidores com objetivo de identificar oportunidades, monitorar as ações da concorrência para melhoria do nível de serviço;Responsável pela gestão e negociação junto aos Distribuidores;Acompanhamento dos Indicadores: Sell-out, Sell-in, Positivação, Mark-up, Rentabilidade, Execução, Cadastro, Novos canais de atuação e Dias de Estoque (DOH);Acompanhamento dos resultados, apurações e auditorias do programa de excelência dos distribuidores: CLUBE LINEA;Utilizar e fazer a leitura das ferramentas de analises (MTRIX, Scanntech, Nielsen, Neogrid ou similares) para identificar e mapear oportunidades;Acompanhar o relatório de JBP mensal e agendar reuniões mensais/trimestrais para apresentação dos resultados e mapeamento das oportunidades com os distribuidores;Gestão da carteira de pedidos: garantir o agendamento e a entrega dos pedidos ao cliente;Criação de Campanhas de Incentivo junto com o Trade para o time de Vendas mantendo os motivados;Responsável pelo alinhamento e direcionamento das estratégias da companhia para os distribuidores através de reuniões junto ao Time de Liderança;Capacitar e treinar a equipe de vendas;Conhecimento das ferramentas de análises (MTRIX, SCANNTEX, NIELSEN, NEOGRID, S&OP, ou similares, para identificar e mapear oportunidades;Realizar gestão de contrato;Direcionar, Gerir e garantir o correto emprego da Verba direcionando para ações que tragam retornos positivos ao negócio;Acompanhar e fazer a gestão correta da conta corrente garantindo que esse esteja sempre em dia junto ao cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo: Administração, Economia, ou áreas afins;Desejável Pós Graduação em Gestão Comercial;Experiência com vendas no atendimento das grandes contas do autosserviço e Canal indireto no RJ e ES.Informações adicionais Plano de Saúde; Plano Odontológico; Seguro de Vida; Vale Refeição; Carro, Celular, Notebook e Cartão Combustível; Wellhub;  Programa de Saúde Emocional.
