Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas de Motos para promover o encantamento do cliente, proporcionando atendimento consultivo, entusiástico e personalizado. Estar sempre atualizado sobre todos os benefícios e diferenciais do mix de produtos BMW Motorrad, aplicando técnicas de venda e negociação adaptadas ao perfil do cliente, conduzindo o fechamento do negócio de forma assertiva e garantindo sua satisfação, fidelização e fortalecimento da imagem premium da marca BMWSe você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar as necessidades do cliente e apresentar o mix de produtos e benefícios, promovendo o encantamento do cliente e garantindo o fechamento do negócio.Atuar de forma consultiva, orientando o cliente no processo decisório, incluindo cálculos de financiamento e condições comerciais.Realizar negociação de financiamento, seguros e garantias estendidas, promovendo satisfação e fechamento da venda.Prospectar clientes diariamente, utilizando sistemas corporativos, atualizando a agenda e registrando oportunidades de negócio.Elaborar propostas de venda através do sistema corporativo, certificando a disponibilidade do produto em estoque ou trânsito e seguindo orientações internas.Acompanhar todo o processo da venda (emplacamento, instalação de acessórios, seguros, veículos usados quando aplicável), monitorando pagamentos e garantindo cumprimento do prazo de entrega e satisfação do cliente.Participar de reuniões comerciais, apresentando resultados, evolução de leads e desempenho frente às metas de vendas e ISC (Índice de Satisfação do Cliente).Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você possui:Ensino Superior Completo ou Cursando Em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Carteira Nacional de Habilitação, categoria A ativa.Domínio em técnicas de vendas consultivas, negociação e Atendimento ao Cliente.O #GrupoNewChase é o seu lugar!Será considerado um diferencial se você possuir: Cursos de especialização em Vendas, Negociação, Finanças ou Marketing Automotivo;Conhecimento da linha BMW Motorrad, e mercado de motocicletas premium.
