Seu trabalho será fundamental para o crescimento da Nomus e para o sucesso dos nossos clientes!O Executivo Comercial progride em um plano de carreira com níveis de Júnior a Master. A progressão na carreira depende da avaliação de desempenho trimestral e ao subir de nível, você ganha um aumento na remuneração fixa e assume cada vez mais desafios.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQual será seu papel na Nomus?Conduzir reuniões de vendas com tomadores de decisão.Apresentar e demonstrar o Nomus ERP, conectando a solução às necessidades do cliente.Diagnosticar desafios operacionais e direcionar a apresentação do sistema.Construir e apresentar propostas comerciais, explicando assinatura, implantação e suporte.Acompanhar negociações no funil de vendas, mantendo o CRM atualizado.Negociar e fechar contratos, garantindo uma transição eficiente para a equipe de Implantação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQual é o perfil desejado pela Nomus?Com Ensino Superior completo.Que tenha disponibilidade para trabalhar 40 horas por semana, preferencialmente de 08:00 às 17:00.Com conhecimento e experiência profissional em atendimento via telefone, e-mail e WhatsAppBoa comunicação, negociação e habilidade para conduzir apresentações impactantes.Organização e disciplina para gerenciar seu funil de vendas.Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas B2B, preferencialmente em ERP para indústria.Candidatos com residência no Rio de Janeiro terão regime de trabalho híbrido(1 vez por mês no escritório).
