Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 Principais responsabilidades:

Realizar prospecção qualificada de clientes;

Conduzir vendas consultivas e estruturadas;

Gerenciar carteira de clientes e oportunidades;

Atuar no pós-venda;

Trabalhar em conjunto com a gestão, mesa de crédito e equipes de apoio;

Acompanhar e gerenciar o ciclo de vendas e o funil comercial. Domínio do produto consórcio, técnicas em vendas consultivas de alto valor, domínio em prospecção e gestão de funil, capacidade analítica de crédito.Requisitos e qualificações 🔎 O que buscamos:

Experiência com administradoras de consórcios;

Experiência com vendas estruturadas e consultivas;

Conhecimento de produtos de consórcio;

Conhecimentos de matemática financeira, juros e análise básica de crédito PF e PJ;

Experiência com gestão de carteira e funil de vendas;

Habilidade no uso de dados, CRM, Excel e ferramentas de IA;

Perfil comercial, analítico e orientado a resultados.

🎓 Formação: Ensino Médio, Técnico ou Superior. ⭐ Diferencial: Certificação PCA-10 ou CPA-20 será considerada um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória.
