Esta pessoa será responsável pela gestão das demandas das marcas  e as equipes internas da agência, garantindo a excelência na execução, cumprimento de prazos e o sucesso estratégico de cada projeto.Principais ResponsabilidadesGestão e Atendimento ao Cliente: Liderar o relacionamento diário com o cliente, entendendo suas necessidades e garantindo a entrega de projetos de trade marketing, ativações e shopper experience com alta qualidade.Desenvolvimento de Briefings: Traduzir as necessidades do cliente em briefings claros, direcionados e estruturados para todas as áreas da agência (Criação, Planejamento, Produção e Operação).Gestão de Fluxo e Follow-up: Organizar, monitorar e fazer o acompanhamento constante do fluxo de trabalho entre o cliente e as áreas internas, garantindo o alinhamento de expectativas.Monitoramento de Prazos: Controlar cronogramas, antecipar gargalos e gerenciar as demandas diárias para assegurar que todas as entregas ocorram nos prazos estipulados.Acompanhamento End-to-End: Supervisionar todo o ciclo do projeto, desde o recebimento do briefing inicial, passando pela execução/ativação, até a entrega final e a análise detalhada dos resultados (pós-venda/relatórios).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e QualificaçõesExperiência prévia em agências de Live Marketing, Trade Marketing ou Publicidade atuando na área de Atendimento / Gestão de Projetos.Conhecimento prático em dinâmicas de PDV (Ponto de Venda), ações de sell-out, ativações de marca e experiência do consumidor (shopper experience).Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita para negociação com clientes e alinhamento com times internos.Forte capacidade de organização, gerenciamento de tempo e atenção aos detalhes.Perfil proativo, analítico e com foco em resolução de problemas.
