Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições:Prospectar e desenvolver canais estratégicos alinhados ao posicionamento da marca;Gerenciar contas chave e construir relacionamento com novos parceiros;Identificar oportunidades de expansão de novos negócios em segmentos premium, esportivo, wellness, corporativo, atacado e lifestyle.Conduzir negociações comerciais garantindo rentabilidade e geração de valor para ambas as partes;Desenvolver parcerias estratégicas com empresas, redes, experiências e demais canais aderentes ao universo PACCO;Trabalhar em conjunto com trade marketing para potencializar a presença da marca nos canais;Elaborar planos de desenvolvimento por cliente/canal, acompanhando sua evolução;Acompanhar indicadores de performance, evolução da carteira e potencial de crescimento;Analisar tendências de mercado, concorrência e comportamento do consumidor para identificar novas oportunidades;Participar de eventos, feiras e ações de networking visando ampliar a presença institucional da PACCO;Manter atualizado o funil de vendas e os registros no CRM;Elaborar apresentações comerciais e propostas estratégicas para parceiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSerá considerado um diferencial:Experiência em marcas premium, esportivas, wellness, outdoor, design, moda ou lifestyle;Vivência em empresas de bens de consumo, varejo premium ou marcas de desejo;Experiência com canais como concept stores, boutiques, academias premium, hotéis, clubes, marketplaces premium e parceiros corporativos;Experiência em negociação com distribuidores ou canais especializados.Buscamos uma pessoa que tenha:Perfil Hunter, com forte capacidade de gerar novos negócios;Excelente habilidade de relacionamento e influência;Visão estratégica e orientação para crescimento;Capacidade analítica para tomada de decisão baseada em dados;Comunicação clara, persuasiva e executiva;Alta capacidade de negociação;Senso de dono e protagonismo;Organização e disciplina na gestão do pipeline;Agilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos;Criatividade para construir soluções comerciais;Resiliência e persistência diante dos desafios;Foco em resultados sem perder a excelência na experiência do cliente;Afinidade com o universo de marcas premium e lifestyle.
