Estamos em busca de um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas para fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir com a expansão da nossa atuação no mercado de comercialização de energia.Nesta posição, você atuará de forma consultiva, identificando oportunidades de negócio, entendendo o perfil e as necessidades dos clientes e desenvolvendo propostas comerciais. Seu papel será construir relacionamentos com tomadores de decisão, conduzindo negociações estratégicas e demonstrando como nossas soluções podem gerar valor e eficiência para cada cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspecção ativa de novos clientes e parceiros para a comercialização de energia;Identificação e qualificação de oportunidades de negócio, avaliando o perfil e as necessidades de cada potencial cliente;Desenvolvimento e apresentação de propostas comerciais personalizadas ou não, assegurando a competitividade e a aderência às estratégias da empresa;Análise de cenários de mercado e definição da melhor solução ou produto a ser ofertado, considerando fatores como preços, prazos, riscos e perfil de consumo;Condução de reuniões comerciais, presenciais ou virtuais, com foco em negociação, alinhamento de expectativas e construção de confiança;Negociação de condições comerciais e fechamento de contratos;Registro das interações e andamento das negociações no sistema de CRM, garantindo organização e visibilidade para a equipe;Manutenção do relacionamento com os clientes e parceiros, atuando de forma para garantir fidelização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação concluída em administração, comunicação, economia, engenharia e áreas afins;Conhecimento "pacote office"Conhecimento para trabalhar com CRMConhecimento no setor elétricoExperiência e Estratégias Comerciais Possuir CNHDisponibilidade para viagens Comunicação eficaz, trabalhar em equipe, adaptabilidade, iniciativa, aberto a novas ideias, estratégias de venda, habilidades de negociação, foco em resultados e analítico.
