Essa posição é focada na prospecção ativa porta a porta (PaP) e na conquista de novos clientes do pequeno e médio varejo, levando soluções financeiras que ajudam comerciantes a otimizar a gestão de numerário, aumentar a segurança da operação e melhorar o fluxo financeiro do negócio.Se você gosta de estar na rua, abrir portas, identificar oportunidades e transformar conversas em resultados, essa oportunidade é para você.Local de atuação: São Paulo e Região MetropolitanaModelo de trabalho: Externo | Remoto | Forte atuação em campo (PaP)Perfil desejado: Hunter | Prospecção | Desenvolvimento de Novos Negócios | Pequeno Varejo | Serviços Financeiros.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar ativamente novos clientes no pequeno varejo por meio de visitas presenciais (Porta a Porta - PaP);Mapear territórios, identificar potenciais clientes e desenvolver oportunidades de negócios;Realizar abordagem consultiva junto a proprietários, gestores e tomadores de decisão;Apresentar e negociar soluções financeiras e serviços de gestão de numerário, alinhados às necessidades do cliente;Conduzir o processo comercial do início ao fim, desde a prospecção até o fechamento da venda;Construir e manter um pipeline consistente de oportunidades;Registrar informações e acompanhar a evolução das negociações nos sistemas da empresa;Realizar visitas recorrentes para fortalecimento de relacionamento e geração de novas oportunidades;Monitorar mercado, concorrência e tendências do varejo local;Participar de ações comerciais, eventos e iniciativas de geração de demanda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em vendas externas, prospecção ativa e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;Perfil Hunter, com forte orientação para abertura de mercado e geração de clientes;Facilidade para atuação em campo e realização de visitas presenciais frequentes;Experiência com varejo de pequeno e médio porte;Habilidade de negociação, comunicação e construção de relacionamento comercial;Conhecimento em mercado financeiro, meios de pagamento, adquirência, gestão de numerário ou soluções para o varejo será considerado um diferencial;CNH válida e disponibilidade para deslocamentos na região de atuação.DiferenciaisExperiência com vendas Porta a Porta (PaP);Vivência na comercialização de serviços financeiros, adquirência, bancos, fintechs , meios de pagamento, telecomAtuação anterior em empresas de gestão de numerário, transporte de valores ou soluções financeiras para o varejo;Carteira de relacionamento com pequenos varejistas, supermercados, farmácias, conveniências e postos de combustíveis;Histórico comprovado de geração de novos negócios e superação de metas comerciais.Informações adicionaisPessoas com deficiência são muito bem-vindas!
