Conocimiento en SQL y consumo de APIs REST/SOAP con experiencia en implementación de soluciones de automatización de procesos empresariales.Funciones Principales:Soporte en los requerimientos de mantenimiento evolutivo de Cumplimiento FCC en el Monitoreo Transaccional (Transaction Monitoring),Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.Diseñar soluciones BPM sobre plataforma APPIAN.Desarrollar aplicaciones y flujos de negocio.Configurar reglas de negocio y formularios.Diseñar e implementar integraciones con sistemas internos y externos.Requisitos y calificaciones Formación académica en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Carreras afines a Tecnologías de la Información, Deseable Especialización o certificaciones en BPM (Business Process Management), certificaciones APPIAN Associate Developer, Senior Developer o Lead Developer, certificaciones en Metodologías Agiles (Scrum, SAFe) son un plus.Experiencia:Entre 3 y 6 años en desarrollo de software y automatización de procesos.De 3 a 5 años trabajando con la plataforma APPIAN.Participación en proyectos de implementación BPM de principio a fin.Diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones empresariales utilizando APPIAN.Conocimiento TécnicoCapacidad para crear interfaces de usuario, estructurar datos, y diseñar flujos de procesos (Process Models) usando la plataforma.Gestión de Procesos de Negocio (BPM): Comprensión profunda del ciclo de vida de los procesos, automatización, optimización y medición de rendimiento (KPIs).Integraciones y APIs: Experiencia conectando Appian con otros sistemas (aplicaciones, bases de datos, etc.) mediante APIs REST/SOAP y Webhooks.Gestión de Datos: Conocimientos en diseño de bases de datos relacionales, SQL y estructuras de datos jerárquicas.Plus conocimientos básicos de AML/FCC/KYC (SARLAFT).Certificaciones deseables:Appian Certified Associate DeveloperAppian Certified Senior Developer / Lead Developer (para roles de mayor complejidad)Habilidades:(Visión de Negocio: Habilidad para entender requerimientos complejos de distintas áreas corporativas y traducirlos en soluciones tecnológicas funcionales.Metodologías Ágiles: Trabajo bajo marcos como Scrum, permitiendo iteraciones rápidas y entregas continuas características del entorno Low-Code.Resolución de Problemas: Enfoque analítico para identificar cuellos de botella en los procesos y diseñar soluciones eficientes.
