Fé e Alegria busca para o seu quadro de colaboradores, um(a) profissional para atuar como Cozinheiro(a) no serviço de acolhimento institucional de Vitória/ES.A Fundação Fé e Alegria é uma obra de Promoção Social e Educação Popular da Companhia de Jesus que atende crianças, adolescentes, jovens e adultos em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Tem por premissa contribuir com o futuro de milhares de pessoas e construir uma sociedade democrática, justa e solidária.  Integrante da Federação Internacional de Fé e Alegria, atua no Brasil há mais de 40 anos e, atualmente, está presente em 14 estados, onde beneficia mais de 8 mil assistidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparo da alimentação da unidade e na distribuição, orientando quanto à higiene e ao bom aproveitamento dos alimentos;Operar aparelhos ou equipamentos de preparo e manipulação dos gêneros alimentícios, aparelhos de aquecimento ou refrigeração, sob a orientação do (a) nutricionista;Limpar e organizar os utensílios e ambientes próprios para a preparação, distribuição e consumo da alimentação, seguindo as normas e orientações estabelecidas;Atuar no recebimento, conferência e armazenagem de compras referentes a gêneros alimentícios, organizando o estoque de alimentos da unidade;controle de estoque de alimentos da unidade, observando suas condições e prazos de validade para consumo, comunicando de imediato sobre eventuais irregularidades tanto de ordem quantitativa como qualitativa;Auxiliar na avaliação, juntamente com a coordenação da unidade e com nutricionista a aceitação da alimentação oferecida, com o intuito de zelar pela qualidade dos alimentos fornecidos e boa alimentação das pessoas atendidas; Agir sempre de acordo com os princípios e valores da Fundação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Fundamental Incompleto.Experiência anterior na função e vivência com crianças.Conhecimento e habilidades:Boa apresentação, organização, bom relacionamento interpessoal, concentração e pontualidade.Informações adicionaisContratação CLTHorário de trabalho: escala 12 x 36 (diurno)Salário: 1.937,92Benefícios: alimentação fornecida no local e vale transporte sem desconto no salário.
