A Fundação Fé e Alegria busca para o seu quadro de Serviço Social um(a) profissional para atuar como Educador(a) Social para Acolhimento Institucional em Vitória - Espírito Santo.Este profissional irá desenvolver atividades socioeducativas, de lazer e de orientação para a convivência social e comunitária com crianças e adolescentes acolhidas em abrigo institucional, visando auxiliá-los no desenvolvimento social, no processo de aprendizagem e no crescimento pessoal.Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar as crianças e os adolescentes acolhidos em seus processos vivenciais e relacionais, orientando e/ou realizando de práticas de higiene pessoal, alimentação e cuidados com a saúde, dentre outras. Acompanhar as crianças e adolescentes em seus atendimentos na escola, nas unidades de saúde e demais serviços públicos, bem como em outras atividades externas, sempre que necessário. Acompanhar os processos de educação formal das crianças e dos adolescentes acolhidos, apoiando-os na realização de tarefas escolares e motivando-as quanto à frequência e participação. Desenvolver atividades socioeducativas e de lazer com as crianças e os adolescentes acolhidos, em conformidade ao que foi estabelecido em processo de planejamento pedagógico, de forma a favorecer o desenvolvimento integral e a interação entre todos(as). Organizar os ambientes de atendimento e zelar pela conservação dos espaços, equipamentos e materiais utilizados nas atividades com os(as) acolhidos(as). Contribuir na coleta e na produção de registros individuais sobre o desenvolvimento de cada criança e/ou adolescente, de modo a preservar sua história de vida. Realizar junto aos(às) acolhidos(as), todas as intervenções orientadas pela coordenação e/ou pela equipe técnica.  Relatar à coordenação e à equipe técnica observações a respeito de atitudes e comportamentos das crianças acolhidas. Utilizar no exercício de sua função os EPI’s de acordo com a atividade indicada.               Agir sempre de acordo com os princípios e valores da Fundação.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo.Experiências e vivência em unidades sociais com crianças e adolescentes.Habilidades: trabalho em equipe, agilidade, concentração e pontualidade.Informações adicionaisContratação: CLT - Escala 12X36 (diurno).Salário: 2.215,09 por mêsBenefícios: vale transporte sem desconto no salário e alimentação fornecida no local.
