A Fundação Fé e Alegria busca para o seu quadro Educacional um(a) profissional para atuar como Professor(a) de Educação Infantil em Cuiabá/MT para atuar no bairro Novo Paraíso II, em Cuiabá/MT.A Fundação Fé e Alegria é uma obra de Promoção Social e Educação Popular da Companhia de Jesus que atende crianças, adolescentes, jovens e adultos em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Tem por premissa contribuir com o futuro de milhares de pessoas e construir uma sociedade democrática, justa e solidária.  Integrante da Federação Internacional de Fé e Alegria, atua no Brasil há mais de 40 anos e, atualmente, está presente em 14 estados, onde beneficia mais de 8 mil assistidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCuidar e educar crianças de 0 a 5 anos, orientar e auxiliar as crianças no que se refere a higiene pessoal;Auxiliar as crianças na alimentação;Promover horário para repouso;Garantir a segurança das crianças na instituição;Observar a saúde e o bem-estar das crianças, comunicar aos pais os acontecimentos relevantes do dia; levar ao conhecimento da Direção qualquer incidente ou dificuldade ocorridas;Manter a disciplina das crianças sob sua responsabilidade;Apurar a frequência diária das crianças;Respeitar as épocas do desenvolvimento infantil;Planejar e executar o trabalho docente;Realizar atividades lúdicas e pedagógicas que favoreçam as aprendizagens infantis;Organizar registros de observações das crianças;Acompanhar e avaliar sistematicamente o processo educacional;Participar de atividades extra-classe;Participar de reuniões pedagógicas e administrativas;Contribuir para o aprimoramento da qualidade do ensino.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Superior completo em Pedagogia. Preferencialmente com especialização em Educação Infantil.Experiência anterior na área de atuação.                                                                          Conhecimento e habilidades: Trabalhar em equipe/ Utilizar novas tecnologias/Dialogar cordialmente com os pais e equipe de trabalho /Ter consciência dos deveres e os dilemas éticos da profissão/Investir na formação contínua /Ser leitor assíduoInformações adicionaisContratação CLTJornada: 40 horas semanais de segunda a sexta-feira.Horário: das 08:00 às 17:00 (com 1 hora de almoço).Salário: 23,21 por hora, mensal: 4.290,00Benefícios: alimentação no local.Residir próximo ao bairro Novo Paraíso II.
