Para integrar nosso time você precisa: estar alinhado(a) com nosso propósito de cuidar de pessoas, gostar de desafios, ter iniciativa, empatia e vontade de transformar.#SomosUnIncríveis #JeitoDeCuidarUnimed 💚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o cumprimento das normas e regulamentações do Conselho Regional de Farmácia (CRF) e demais órgãos reguladores, assegurando a conformidade legal da farmácia;Responder tecnicamente perante o CRF e outros órgãos competentes, mantendo documentação atualizada e precisa;Conferir e validar prescrições médicas, verificando dados como médico prescritor, medicamento, dosagem, data e compatibilidade terapêutica;Realizar a dispensação segura e precisa de medicamentos, incluindo controlados e antineoplásicos, seguindo protocolos estabelecidos;Analisar solicitações de medicamentos não padronizados e propor substituições terapêuticas adequadas, quando necessário;Monitorar saldos de estoque, validades e realizar pedidos de reposição de medicamentos e insumos;Realizar inventários cíclicos e gerenciar o descarte de medicamentos vencidos ou fora de especificação, conforme normas sanitárias;Controlar medicamentos psicotrópicos e sujeitos a controle especial, garantindo a rastreabilidade e segurança;Implementar e supervisionar as Boas Práticas de Armazenamento, Fracionamento e Unitarização de Medicamentos;Garantir a adequada conservação de medicamentos termolábeis, antineoplásicos e outros insumos críticos;Orientar a equipe sobre procedimentos seguros de manipulação e administração de medicamentos;Prestar suporte técnico à equipe médica, de enfermagem e multidisciplinar, fornecendo orientações sobre farmacoterapia e cuidados com medicamentos;Acompanhar pacientes em terapia farmacológica complexa, identificando e prevenindo interações medicamentosas e eventos adversos;Participar ativamente da Comissão de Farmácia e Terapêutica (CFT), contribuindo para a padronização de medicamentos e protocolos clínicos;Gerenciar riscos relacionados a eventos adversos e não conformidades, implementando ações corretivas e preventivas;Manter-se atualizado sobre alertas de segurança e recall de medicamentos, divulgando informações relevantes à equipe;Elaborar e revisar Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) para garantir a eficiência e segurança dos processos;Promover programas de educação continuada para a equipe, abordando temas como farmacovigilância, boas práticas e manipulação segura de medicamentos;Capacitar colaboradores sobre o manuseio de agentes quimioterápicos antineoplásicos e outros medicamentos de alto risco;Integrar comissões hospitalares, como a CCIH (Comissão de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar) e CFT, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos;Desenvolver e implementar projetos para otimização de processos farmacêuticos, redução de custos e melhoria da qualidade do serviço;Participar e apoiar comissões hospitalares (CFT, CCIH, etc.).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Farmácia;Conselho ativo;Pacote office intermediário;Domínio em boas práticas de Farmácia Hospitalar;Conhecimento em Segurança do Paciente e Qualidade Assistencial;Conhecimentos das tabelas oficiais de Materiais e Medicamentos;Conhecimento da Legislação e Normas da ANVISA;Habilidade em gestão de pessoas e resoluções de conflitos.Diferencial:Gestão Farmacêutica em Serviços de Saúde: Pós-graduação em Farmácia Hospitalar, Administração de estoque e afins;Experiência Sistema Tasy.Carga Horária: 36 horas semanais ( Escala 12x36)Informações adicionaisNOSSOS BENEFÍCIOSSaúde e bem estar: plano de saúde e odontológico, Totalpass, programa equilíbrio, ações de endomarketingAuxílios: vale alimentação, auxílio creche, vale transporte reduzido, seguro de vidaDesenvolvimento: incentivo à educação, treinamentos técnicos e comportamentaisClube de vantagens: oferece benefícios exclusivo com nossos parceiros
