Farmacêutico(a) Responsável Técnico(a) - SB Farma Estamos em busca de um(a) Farmacêutico(a) Responsável Técnico(a) (RT) para fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir diretamente para a qualidade da assistência farmacêutica, segurança dos clientes e cumprimento das normas regulatórias da unidade.Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar os processos técnicos da loja, garantir o cumprimento das legislações vigentes, orientar a equipe quanto às boas práticas e prestar assistência farmacêutica aos clientes, contribuindo para a qualidade dos serviços e o bom funcionamento da unidade.Buscamos um(a) profissional responsável, ético, organizado e comprometido, com registro ativo no CRF, boa comunicação e interesse em atuar em equipe. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades Técnicas e Atribuições:• Responder técnica e legalmente pela unidade, garantindo o cumprimento das normas sanitárias, regulatórias e éticas da profissão.• Assegurar a correta dispensação de medicamentos, conferência de prescrições e orientação farmacêutica aos clientes.• Supervisionar os processos técnicos da farmácia, incluindo controle de medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial, SNGPC e documentação obrigatória.• Garantir o cumprimento dos Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), boas práticas de armazenamento e conservação dos produtos.• Acompanhar fiscalizações dos órgãos reguladores e atuar na prevenção e correção de possíveis não conformidades.• Treinar e orientar a equipe quanto às boas práticas farmacêuticas, atendimento e cumprimento das normas vigentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações:Obrigatórios:• Ensino superior completo em Farmácia.• Registro ativo e regular no Conselho Regional de Farmácia (CRF).• Disponibilidade para atuar como Responsável Técnico(a) pela unidade.• Conhecimento das normas sanitárias e legislação vigente aplicáveis ao setor farmacêutico.Diferenciais:• Experiência anterior em farmácias ou drogarias.• Conhecimento em SNGPC e processos técnicos da rotina farmacêutica.• Cursos de atualização em legislação sanitária, assistência farmacêutica ou boas práticas farmacêuticas.• Facilidade com sistemas informatizados e processos administrativos da área.Informações adicionaisCLT efetivo - 44 horas semanaisConvênio com nossas farmácias;Salário compatível com o mercado.
