Estamos em busca de Farmacêutico Clínico para atuar em unidade de pronto atendimento, garantindo o uso seguro, racional e eficaz de medicamentos e contribuindo para a qualidade da assistência prestada aos pacientes.O profissional será responsável pela análise e validação de prescrições, acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico, gestão da farmácia e do estoque de medicamentos e materiais, controle de medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial e supervisão da equipe de técnicos em farmácia, seguindo a legislação sanitária, as normas do CRF e as orientações da liderança.Buscamos profissionais éticos, analíticos e atentos aos detalhes, com conhecimento em farmácia clínica e hospitalar, farmacologia aplicada à urgência e emergência e gestão de estoques, além de boa comunicação com a equipe multiprofissional.Responsabilidades e atribuições Analisar e validar prescrições médicas, identificando interações, incompatibilidades, doses e vias inadequadas.Realizar acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico e intervenções farmacêuticas junto à equipe multiprofissional.Supervisionar a dispensação, o fracionamento e a distribuição de medicamentos e materiais.Controlar medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial conforme a Portaria SVS/MS nº 344/1998, com escrituração em livro ou sistema.Gerenciar o estoque da farmácia, incluindo validade, armazenamento, rastreabilidade e inventários.Controlar e repor os carrinhos de emergência em conjunto com a enfermagem.Notificar e acompanhar eventos adversos e queixas técnicas relacionados a medicamentos (farmacovigilância).Orientar e supervisionar a equipe de técnicos em farmácia.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDiploma de Ensino Superior em Farmácia. Inscrição ativa no Conselho de Classe (CRF). Experiência mínima de 6 meses na funçãoInformações adicionaisSalários R$4.000,00 Insalubridade R$ 800,00Escala 12x36
