Gerenciar a movimentação, armazenamento e o transporte de produtos farmacêuticos e correlatos, através de ações de controle de procedimentos e boas práticas, a fim de assegurar o atendimento da legislação vigente e contribuir para a sustentabilidade do negócio da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e gerenciar os procedimentos operacionais padrão para carregamento de descarregamento de produtos farmacêuticos e correlatos, a fim de confirmar a observância da legislação, especificações do fabricante, normas e procedimentos da empresa;Elaborar manual de boas práticas para o manuseio e transporte de produtos farmacêuticos e correlatos, através de padronização de todas as etapas do processo, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade do negócio;Realizar vistorias, avaliações, serviços técnicos, elaboração de laudos e pareceres no âmbito de suas atribuições, a fim de atender a legislação vigente e as necessidades da empresa;Monitorar as condições do ambiente determinado para armazenamento temporário dos medicamentos, através de mensuração da temperatura e umidade, limpeza, entre outros, a fim de manter a conservação de acordo com as especificações do fabricante e atender a legislação vigente;Manter calibrados os equipamentos e instrumentos envolvidos no processo, a fim de assegurar o funcionamento dos mesmos;Adquirir e renovar licenças aplicáveis ao transporte de mercadorias junto aos órgãos reguladores e fiscalizadores para atender a legislação vigente;• Analisar dados do transporte de produtos farmacêuticos e correlatos, através de conferência e registro das informações em sistema e documentação, a fim de identificar e corrigir eventuais ocorrências em desconformidade com os padrões de procedimento, bem como propor melhorias na operação e distribuição dos mesmos;Registrar os desvios no processo, através de repasse ao setor de Qualidade, a fim de reduzir a incidência de ocorrências em desacordo com normais e procedimentos estabelecidos;Realizar check list de inspeção, analisando itens de verificação do processo de treinamento de manuseio, uniforme, carteira de saúde, se o local de armazenamento temporário atende regulamentos dos órgãos fiscalizadores, bem como se o veículo atende os requisitos necessários para o correto transporte, a fim de assegurar o cumprimento das boas práticas e padrões estabelecidos;Implementar e monitorar programas de saúde, orientando os padrões necessários de higiene, vestuário e conduta dos colaboradores que tiverem contato com a operação e distribuição, para contribuir com o controle e qualidade dos processos;Elaborar e ministrar treinamentos aplicados ao manuseio, armazenamento, movimentação e transporte de produtos fármacos para todos os colaboradores envolvidos no processo, a fim de assegurar a orientação dos padrões estabelecidos pela empresa; Organizar e arquivar os documentos e registros do transporte de produtos farmacêuticos, para garantir a apresentação dos mesmos em eventuais auditorias ou necessidade da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Farmácia;Experiência em atividade como Farmacêutico;Registro no CRF (Conselho Regional de Farmácia).Disponibilidade para atuação em regime de jornada parcial das 08h às 12h de segunda à sexta-feira.
