Prestar assistência farmacêutica individual e coletiva aos pacientes e comunidade hospitalar, bem como se responsabilizar pelo uso adequado dos medicamentos e insumos hospitalares.Responsabilidades e atribuições

Aplicar as medidas de prevenção de eventos assistenciais conforme protocolo institucional; Participar dos treinamentos obrigatórios da educação continuada incluindo os treinamentos de protocolos de segurança institucional; Realizar treinamento para comunidade hospitalar sobre rotinas, materiais hospitalares e medicamentos; Analisar o estoque de acordo com as movimentações de validades, obsoletos e perdas; Responder pelo recebimento e plano de ação das notificações de risco via Qualiex; Avaliar as prescrições médicas; Orientar os pacientes sobre tratamento após alta; Realizar visita técnica; Compilar e analisar dados de indicadores e relatórios; Avaliar os pedidos de medicação não padrão e padronização nos casos necessários; Responder pelo acompanhamento de reações adversas à medicamentos; Solicitar, acompanhar e entregar materiais e medicamentos para pacientes externos; Realizar atualizações do carrinho de emergência via sistema TASY, quando necessário; Analisar as contagens diárias dos psicotrópicos; Participar das Comissões Hospitalares; Fazer solicitação de compra de materiais exclusivos (fora do estoque); Atualizar regularmente os kits de procedimento junto a equipe médica e enfermagem; Realizar a Inspeção diária do controle de temperatura do ambiente e geladeira; Notificar via e-mail a Vigilância Sanitária os vencimentos dos psicotrópicos; Realizar inventário mensal e anual; Elaborar  e atualizar instruções de trabalho, protocolos e outros documentos institucionais; Atuar como Responsável Técnico perante vigilância sanitária; Responder pelo acompanhamento das atividades de dispensação de medicamentos e materiais realizadas pelo auxiliar de farmácia; Executar as atividades conforme Regimento Interno RP-FAR-RI-001.
