Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Cadastrar, receber, armazenar e dispensar materiais e medicamentos/ Realizar a medição da temperatura ambiente e de geladeira; Realizar manutenção dos carrinhos de emergência; Conferir recebimento de formulário de controle de antimicrobianos; Controlar a validade de materiais e medicamentos; Realizar controle de armazenamento e dispensação de medicamentos controlados pela Portaria 344/98; Realizar fracionamento de comprimidos; Realizar cobrança e devolução de materiais e medicamentos; Auxiliar na padronização de medicamentos; Auxiliar nos processos de diluição de produtos químicos; Realizar a rastreabilidade dos materiais e medicamentos; Padronizar kits cirúrgicos; Auxiliar em ações de contigência; Conferir prescrições médicas e realizar a correta dispensação da mesma; Solicitar trocas e empréstimos; Auxiliar no inventário; Realizar notificação de eventos adversos; Participar de comissões internas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Graduação completa em Farmácia.Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Farmácia (CRF).Conhecimento em processos de farmácia hospitalar e segurança do paciente.Disponibilidade para atuação em ambiente assistencial.Pedimos experiência em Clínicas ou Hospitais.Experiência com processos de certificação: ONA
