Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venhatrabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso desalvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar o controle de psicotrópicos;Acompanhar e direcionar as atividades dos auxiliares de farmácia e auxiliares de suprimentos;Acompanhar a rotina da manipulação de líquidos orais e sólidos injetáveis, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos conforme legislação vigente e garantindo a qualidade e segurança dos medicamentos;Realizar a intervenção farmacêutica nas prescrições médicas através avaliação farmacêutica, com o intuito de minimizar erros de medicação, bem como avaliar as interações medicamentosas;Efetuar o controle de estoque, verificando a validade dos produtos (PEPS) e acondicionamento correto, orientando os auxiliares a manter o setor devidamente organizado e o seu estoque armazenado corretamente;Verificar o recebimento e dispensação de medicamentos, orientando os auxiliares, bem como resolvendo possíveis divergências de maior complexidade, garantindo o bom desenvolvimento das rotinas;Controle da escala de limpeza diária e terminal a ser realizada pelo Setor de Higienização, incluindo kits de medicamentos e demais formas de acondicionamento de produtos;Realizar contagens periódicas no estoque e auxiliar no planejamento de compras de medicamentos;Executar outras tarefas correlatas à função, a critério do superior imediato;Conferência de carros de emergência nos setores;Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso completo de farmacêutico;Será um diferencial ter experiência na área.
