Estamos em busca de uma pessoa comprometida, organizada e atenciosa para atuar como Farmacêutico Responsável Técnico e fazer parte do nosso time.Essa é uma oportunidade para quem deseja se desenvolver na área em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e com espaço para crescimento profissional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO profissional atuará garantindo excelência técnica, comercial e operacional, além do cumprimento das normas legais vigentes.Entre as principais responsabilidades estão: Verificar estoque de produtos que devem ser recolhidos, conforme determinar legislação específica. Verificar periodicamente se a ANVISA anunciou o recolhimento de algum medicamento. Informar a necessidade de recolher medicamento ao depósito. Elaborar e homologar POP's de acordo com as solicitações dos órgãos reguladores; Disponibilizar os POP's aos envolvidos para que seja de conhecimento de todos. Verificar o cumprimento da RDC 430/2022 e legislação relacionada quando da compra, transporte e venda dos produtos farmacêuticos. Orientar e supervisionar a estocagem dos medicamentos para garantir que o Manuel de Boas Práticas e POP's sejam cumpridos Fiscalizar se os procedimentos adotados no descarte dos produtos estão sendo realizados de acordo com a Resolução da Diretoria; legislação relacionada. Solicitar ao fabricante o envio do Certificado de Análise Técnica dos produtos farmacêuticos, de acordo com os requisitos e preceitos legais vigentes dos órgãos relacionados, quando necessário Providenciar a apresentação da Relação Mensal de Vendas (RMV) e os Livros de Registro Específico à Vigilância Sanitária mensalmente. Garantir a atualização do Livro de Registro de Psicotrópicos contendo todas as movimentações de entrada e saída, sejam elas de entrada por compra, devolução, transferência entre filiais ou saída por venda, transferência entre filiais, devolução ou perda por avaria de produto ou mesmo roubo de carga Receber e arquivar relatório da empresa responsável pelo descarte contendo todas as tratativas que o produto sofreu desde sua retirada até a etapa final de tratamento. Analisar documentação sanitária de clientes novos, reativados, desbloqueados ou clientes que tiveram o seu cadastro ou limite de crédito alterado para a compra de medicamentos e/ou produtos para a saúde e analisar sua conformidade. Bloquear os clientes com documentação vencida para a compra de medicamentos e/ou produtos para a saúde e enviar tal relação à equipe de vendas para que esta providencie a atualização de tais cadastros. Realizar desbloqueio dos clientes que apresentem situação regularizada por solicitação do Gerente ou quando a situação é identificada pela equipe farmacêutica.Receber e analisar o contrato de prestação de serviço de novos fornecedores, verificando as questões legais e regulatórios se estão de acordo com a legislação farmacêutica vigente. Participar de forças tarefa e projetos especiais. Participar de atividades de instrução/orientação de outros profissionais. Auxiliar nas demais atividades pertinentes da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Superior completo em farmácia;CRF Ativo;Competências:Organização e atenção aos detalhes.Responsabilidade e comprometimento.Ética e cumprimento da legislação vigente.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Convênio MédicoConvênio OdontológicoVale TransporteVale AlimentaçãoSeguro de VidaDay Off de Aniversário
