ATENÇÃO Vaga Banco de Talentos paraprospecção de profissionais para preenchimento de vagas futuras.Responde pelo cuidado humanizado ao paciente, articulando disciplinas assistenciais diversas com foco em prevenção, promoção e reabilitação da saúde no âmbito físico, emocional e social.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a dispensação de medicamentos, psicofármacos, materiais e produtos para saúde; efetuar a escrituração, controle e dispensação de medicamentos sujeitos à Portaria SVS/MS nº 344/1998 e demais legislações aplicáveis; realizar a dispensação de medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial, como lenalidomida e pomalidomida, conforme RDC nº 735/2022 e demais normativas vigentes; validar prescrições médicas quanto à dose, via de administração, horário, identificação do paciente, compatibilidade e potenciais interações medicamentosas; efetuar diluições, estabilidades e cálculos de dosagem de medicamentos; armazenar medicamentos e materiais conforme normas sanitárias; controlar os estoques de medicamentos e materiais, realizando reposição, armazenamento e acompanhamento dos níveis de abastecimento; identificar medicamentos preparados e dispensados, contendo informações obrigatórias como paciente, medicamento, dose, via de administração e demais dados necessários; dispensar bolsas de colostomia, adjuvantes e demais insumos previstos no Rol de Procedimentos; realizar visitas técnicas às unidades assistenciais sob responsabilidade da Assistência Farmacêutica; prestar assistência farmacêutica através de consulta individual, com atendimento de um paciente semanalmente, em consultório; prestar assistência farmacêutica coletiva através das Oficinas Farmacêuticas; orientar pacientes e equipes multiprofissionais quanto ao uso correto de medicamentos, protocolos assistenciais e demais assuntos relacionados à assistência farmacêutica; elaborar relatórios, controles e demais documentos técnicos da área; orientar, acompanhar e supervisionar as atividades desenvolvidas pelos estagiários e técnicos de farmácia entre outras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em FarmáciaExperiência mínima de 1 ano em Farmácia OncológicaConhecimento em Pacote OfficeDomínio de sistemas informatizados e ferramentas de gestãoDisponibilidade para atuar em jornada de 8 horas diárias, com 1 hora de intervalo para almoçoInformações adicionaisPara cuidar da sua saúde profissional: ticket alimentação/refeição + vale transporte + PPR + incentivo educacional + seguro de vida + abono assiduidadePara cuidar da sua saúde física: plano de saúde + plano odontológico + Wellhub (antigo Gympass)Para cuidar da sua saúde social: day off de aniversárioApoiamos e valorizamos a diversidade!
