Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar processo de implantação de serviço de Farmácia;Auxiliar no processo de implantação de sistemas de gestão de estoque e prontuário eletrônico;Elaborar procedimentos e auditar o cumprimento das boas práticas de recebimento, armazenamento e distribuição;Monitorar condições de armazenamento (temperatura, higiene, identificação e endereçamento);Auditar através de amostragem os medicamentos fracionados;Monitorar o cumprimento da rotina de controle de validade;Monitorar e analisar a contagem semanal de medicamentos controlados;Participar dos inventários;Realizar auditorias periódicas;Avaliar opções de produtos substitutos;Pesquisar no mercado opções de marca de produtos padronizados;Avaliar as solicitações de padronização de produtos, levando em consideração os aspectos técnicos e econômicos;Solicitar amostras para testes de produtos e acompanhar a execução destes;Entrar em contato com os laboratórios em caso de suspeita de descontinuidade na fabricação, identificando opções de substitutos;Avaliar mensalmente a planilha de descontinuidade de produtos emitida pela ANVISA;Realizar visitas técnicas a fornecedores;Revisar periodicamente os cadastros de produtos nos sistemas;Avaliar as notificações de queixa técnicas de produtos e notificar no NOTIVISA. Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa no curso de Farmácia;CRF ativo;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário administrativo de 08h as 18h, de segunda a sexta;Disponibilidade para viagens;Desejável experiência em Farmácia Hospitalar, gestão de estoque, logística e/ou Farmácia Clínica.Informações adicionais Plano Odontológico;Plano de Saúde;Vale Transporte;Wellhub;Club da Saúde.
