Inspecionar as atividades da Farmácia, analisando interações medicamentosas prescritas pelos médicos, observando nome do medicamento, posologia, dosagem, dose, forma farmacêutica,  e realizando a conferência da prescrição do paciente; inspecionar a dispensação de materiais, e medicamentos; prestar orientações técnicas referente aos medicamentos, garantindo a assistência farmacêutica visando o controle dos processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTriar e avaliar as prescrições médicas, através da posologia prescrita;Inspecionar os colaboradores nas rotinas assistenciais dando suporte aos processos, garantindo a execução dos mesmos;Auxiliar o desenvolvimento da comissão de farmacovigilância;Participar ativamente da comissão de farmacovigilância garantindo a implementação das rotinas estipuladas;Avaliar as prescrições médicas evitando as interações medicamentosas realizando a análise farmacoterapêutica;Realizar o processo de dupla conferência garantindo a segurança ao paciente;Supervisionar a reposição de medicamentos, diariamente, visando melhorar o tempo de ressuprimentos dos medicamentos consumidos;Prever o consumo de estoque garantindo o abastecimento de materiais e medicamentos da unidade;Participar de inventário, realizando a contagem de todos os itens de estoque, visando à contabilização dos mesmos;Realizar controle e escrituração de medicamentos da Portaria 344/98 conforme órgãos fiscalizadores;Coletar, consolidar e desenvolver indicadores para avaliação dos processos;Realizar treinamentos técnicos e reuniões para sua equipe, visando a capacitação dos mesmos nos processos da área e consequentemente melhorar a assistência farmacêutica prestada;Interagir com equipe multidisciplinar  quanto a orientação técnica;Fornecer, quando solicitado, documentação necessária para apresentação no conselho regional de farmácia;Participar de comissões diversas mantidas na Instituição e reuniões administrativas, tratando de assuntos voltados à sua área de atuação;Elaborar e atualizar o manual de normas e rotinas de sua área de atuação, visando assegurar a qualidade dos trabalhos;Desenvolver outras atividades correlatas, conforme necessidade, ou a critério de seu superior;Atividades exclusivas – HospitaisAnalisar as prescrições de nutrição parenteral, verificando se o volume prescrito condiz com a real necessidade do paciente, de forma a melhorar a terapia nutricional do paciente. Analisar as prescrições de medicamentos quanto as incompatibilidades farmacêuticas e interações medicamentosas;Realizar a reconciliação medicamentosa, na admissão, transferências e alta hospitalar dos pacientes;Realizar orientações aos pacientes e cuidadores na alta hospitalar sobre os acessos aos medicamentos na rede pública de saúde;Integrar a equipe multidisciplinar nas visitas aos leitos, orientando os profissionais referente a terapia medicamentosa disponíveis na instituições, assim como os cuidados os medicamentos;Supervisionar a manipulação e fracionamento de medicamentos;Apoiar a equipe multidisciplinar nas ações de Farmacovigilância e Tecnovigilância.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Farmácia;CRF ativo;Conhecimento em Atendimento ao Publico, Assistência Farmacêutica, Gestão de Pessoas e, Informática em nível de intermediário.Desejável experiência na área.Informações adicionaisPara está oportunidade nossa faixa salarial é de R$ 8.081,00 + 20% de Insalubridade.Benefícios: Vale-transporte ou Estacionamento, Refeição no local, Vale alimentação, Seguro de Vida e Auxílio creche (de acordo com convenção coletiva de trabalho).Horário de trabalho: 2ª a 6ª das 09:00 as 18:00, Sab ou Dom (cd 15) c/ 1h de refeição.
