Realizar faturamento de contas médicas e hospitalares das unidades da Rede. Analisar prontuário médico para a correta cobrança. Solicitar notas fiscais ao setor financeiro.Responsabilidades e atribuições·      Obedecer ao calendário interno de fechamento de contas do setor de faturamento;·      Analisar as contas médicas, observando o consumo realizado no período a ser avaliado;·      Conferir senhas, diárias e cobranças diversas lançadas na conta paciente;·      Verificar consumo x registros no prontuário clínico;·      Solicitar esclarecimentos junto à equipe multidisciplinar quanto às inconsistências ou ausências de registros que justifiquem o consumo observado;·      Solicitar esclarecimentos junto à equipe de informática quanto às inconsistências existentes no cadastro das Operadoras de Saúde;·      Conferir todas as autorizações (procedimentos, diárias, materiais e medicamentos lançados em conta) conforme acordo com cada Operadora de Saúde, junto à prorrogação;·      Solicitar prorrogação do período a ser faturado conforme norma de determinadas Operadoras ou Seguradoras de Saúde;·      Entrar em contato com os Auditores das Operadoras de saúde que assim o exigirem para análise prévia do faturamento a ser encaminhado;·      Acompanhar a autoria das contas junto ao Auditor;·      Operar de acordo com o Procedimento Operacional Padrão instituído no fechamento de contas e envio de faturamento, conforme norma de cada Operadora de Saúde;·      Reportar ao Coordenador de faturamento quaisquer problemas no fluxo de análise, auditoria de contas, fechamento de contas e envio do faturamento;·      Manter confidencialidade referente as informações consideradas sigilosas dos pacientes as quais terei acesso.·      Zelar pela guarda do usuário e senha para acesso aos sistemas, mantendo a segurança das informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQualificação:·      Ensino Superior cursando;·      Necessário ter experiência na função. Será um diferencial ter vivência com conta aberta.Conhecimento:·      Pacote Office; ·      Sistema Tasy ·      Missão, visão e valores Institucionais.Habilidades:·      Gestão de tempo;·      Relacionamento interpessoal;·      Capacidade analítica;·      Organização.Atitude:·      Responsabilidade;·      Comprometimento com prazos.·      Disciplina; ·      Proatividade;·       Informações adicionaisTer disponibilidade para atuar em BotafogoSegunda a Sexta feira - horário comercial
