Conexão Talento busca para seu cliente: Filmmaker Jr.Buscamos um(a) Filmmaker Jr. para integrar a equipe interna de uma startup que une comunicação, marketing e tecnologia, atuando em um ambiente dinâmico, acelerado e orientado à escala.Se você gosta de contar histórias através de imagens, transformar ideias em vídeos e estar tanto no set quanto na ilha de edição, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Buscamos alguém com perfil mão na massa, organizado, criativo e tecnicamente consistente, que tenha autonomia para tocar produções enxutas de ponta a ponta — da captação à edição — e que queira crescer dentro de um ambiente dinâmico de agência.Você terá contato com diferentes projetos, clientes, formatos e desafios audiovisuais, participando de produções corporativas, eventos, entrevistas e conteúdos digitais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir projetos audiovisuais de baixa complexidade de ponta a ponta: captação + edição;Operar câmeras Mirrorless e Cinema em modo manual;Realizar iluminação básica, incluindo montagem de 3-point lighting;Fazer captação de áudio utilizando gravadores externos e microfonação com lapela;Operar Gimbal para movimentos estáveis e precisos;Participar de entrevistas corporativas, trabalhando em conjunto com o entrevistador;Apoiar produções em eventos e realizar captação/edição de conteúdos em Real Time básico;Atuar de forma independente em produções enxutas de campo;Realizar edição, sonorização criativa e colorização básica seguindo identidades visuais e templates de marca;Organizar projetos e realizar decupagem e construção narrativa de discursos;Utilizar recursos de IA para reparos básicos de imagem e áudio e criação de assets;Criar e atualizar manuais técnicos básicos;Manter organização de cronogramas, status e fluxos de produção.Requisitos e qualificações Pós-produçãoPremiere Pro — IntermediárioOrganização de projetos;Decupagem eficiente;Construção narrativa;Workflows otimizados;Uso de atalhos e boas práticas de edição.After Effects — BásicoKeyframes;Máscaras;Chroma key;Customização de templates.ÁudioNivelamento de diálogos;Mixagem básica;Inserção e ajuste de trilhas;Utilização de SFX.ProduçãoExperiência prática com câmeras Mirrorless e/ou Cinema;Operação manual de câmera;Conhecimento de exposição, foco e composição;Operação básica/intermediária de Gimbal;Captação de áudio direto;Conhecimento de iluminação básica e 3-point lighting;Noções de direção de cena e direção de atores são diferenciais;Conhecimento de ferramentas de IA aplicadas à produção audiovisual.OrganizaçãoExcel: básico;Google Docs: básico;Notion: básico/intermediário, especialmente para acompanhamento de tarefas, prazos e status de produção.
