Responsável por prevenir perdas operacionais, financeiras e patrimoniais da unidade, atuando na fiscalização, monitoramento e controle dos processos internos, movimentação de pessoas e mercadorias, cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e proteção do patrimônio da empresa. Sua atuação contribui diretamente para a redução de perdas, aumento da segurança, preservação dos ativos e conformidade operacional da loja.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar rondas periódicas nas dependências da loja e áreas externas.Monitorar clientes, colaboradores, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.Fiscalizar entradas e saídas de mercadorias, equipamentos e materiais.Acompanhar processos de recebimento, armazenamento e movimentação de produtos.Identificar e atuar preventivamente em situações que possam gerar perdas ou riscos à empresa.Operar sistemas de monitoramento eletrônico e CFTV.Monitorar áreas críticas e produtos de maior risco de perdas.Apoiar inventários rotativos, gerais e auditorias internas.Verificar o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e normas internas.Registrar ocorrências, irregularidades e desvios identificados.Elaborar relatórios e comunicar situações relevantes à liderança.Controlar o acesso de visitantes, terceiros e prestadores de serviço.Orientar clientes e colaboradores quanto às normas de segurança e prevenção de perdas.Auxiliar na apuração de divergências de estoque e ocorrências internas.Contribuir para a preservação do patrimônio, segurança e conformidade operacional da unidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio Completo.Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente de varejo.Conhecimentos básicos de prevenção de perdas, fiscalização e controle de movimentação de mercadorias.Capacidade de observação, atenção aos detalhes e cumprimento de normas e procedimentos.DesejáveisExperiência em prevenção de perdas, fiscalização, segurança patrimonial ou áreas correlatas.Vivência no varejo supermercadista.Conhecimento em monitoramento por CFTV.Experiência com inventários, auditorias ou controle de estoque.Cursos de Prevenção de Perdas, Segurança Patrimonial ou áreas relacionadas.Boa comunicação, postura profissional, ética e proatividade.Informações adicionaisBenefícios Prêmio AssiduidadeVale alimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada 07h20 diárias em escala 6x1, com atuação aos domingos e feriados conforme escala de revezamento.
