Monitorar e fiscalizar ativamente qualquer atividade suspeita, conduzindo rondas nos setores designados para prevenir perdas e proteger o patrimônio da empresa. Oferecer um atendimento excepcional ao cliente, respondendo prontamente às solicitações, auxiliando nas filas, removendo selos de segurança e verificando a integridade das antenas, garantindo a eficiência dos processos. Operar o sistema de CFTV da loja, registrando e monitorando situações incomuns no ambiente de trabalho para análise e atendimento rápido das necessidades. Implementar medidas preventivas contribuindo para a segurança e o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da empresa.  Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado, recolhendo sacolas e cabides e encaminhando para as áreas apropriadas. Supervisionar serviços terceirizados, mapeando áreas de risco e realizando fiscalizações para prevenir perdas.
