Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:   Verificar entradas (recebimentos) e saídas (expedições) de mercadorias, através da checagem de notas fiscais e contagem física, para              assegurar a exatidão dos registros e prevenir perdas ou desvios.  Abordar clientes ou colaboradores em situações que possam indicar risco ou descumprimento de normas, seguindo os procedimentos internos, para inibir atos ilícitos, orientar sobre procedimentos corretos e reforçar a percepção de segurança.  Monitorar e controlar a entrada e saída de clientes, funcionários, prestadores de serviço e veículos nas dependências da empresa, para garantir que apenas pessoas autorizadas circulem e prevenir acessos indevidos ou saídas não autorizadas de bens.  Observar atentamente a movimentação nas áreas de responsabilidade, reportando comportamentos ou situações suspeitas à equipe de monitoramento (CFTV) ou à liderança, para possibilitar o registro, análise e ação preventiva ou corretiva imediata.  Executar ou apoiar nas contagens físicas de produtos durante os inventários (rotativos ou gerais), para auxiliar na identificação de divergências entre estoque físico e sistêmico e na apuração de perdas.  Efetuar rondas periódicas nas áreas de vendas, depósito, administrativas e externas, para marcar presença, inibir ações delituosas, verificar condições de segurança e identificar não conformidades ou riscos potenciais.  Registrar as atividades diárias, ocorrências, não conformidades e outros dados relevantes em planilhas e formulários de controle, para documentar as ações, gerar indicadores e subsidiar a análise da gestão de Prevenção de Perdas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino médio Completo. Desejável curso de formação de Vigilante (com reciclagem atualizada) ou curso específico de Fiscal de Loja/Prevenção de Perdas. Familiaridade em operação de sistemas de CFTV e alarmes. Familiaridade com Pacote Office (Word, Excel básico para relatórios) e familiaridade com sistemas operacionais de varejo (frente de caixa, controle de estoque - nível de consulta). Conhecimento dos processos básicos de varejo (recebimento, armazenagem, frente de caixa, expedição) em ambiente de home center/material de construção. Noções de procedimentos de segurança patrimonial e prevenção de incêndios (desejável).
