Buscamos profissional para acompanhar e fiscalizar a implantação de projetos nas unidades operacionais e administrativas da CBMM, contribuindo para o crescimento e a sustentabilidade da empresa. A atuação abrange planejamento, execução e controle de medições, com maior autonomia técnica dentro das alçadas definidas e acompanhamento de frentes de maior complexidade, assegurando conformidade com projetos, especificações, prazos e requisitos de segurança.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFiscalizar montagens, obras e comissionamento de frentes de maior complexidade, verificando a conformidade com projetos, desenhos, especificações e planejamento.Identificar desvios técnicos e de execução, atuar em ajustes dentro de suas atribuições e alçadas e propor correções ao supervisor, acompanhando sua implementação.Analisar criticamente boletins de medição, evidências de serviços e documentação de prestadores, apontando inconsistências e subsidiando a validação pelo supervisor.Conferir o Relatório Diário de Obra (RDO), verificando registros de avanço, recursos, ocorrências e pendências para apoiar a validação pelo supervisor.Contribuir para o planejamento e controle das atividades, monitorando prazos, restrições e interfaces e propondo ajustes de sequência e recursos.Participar de reuniões de projeto, gestão e kick-off, articulando interfaces técnicas entre execução, prestadores e áreas envolvidas e acompanhando os encaminhamentos.Orientar tecnicamente os demais fiscais, compartilhando critérios de inspeção e boas práticas, sem responsabilidade de gestão hierárquica.Avaliar riscos das atividades e verificar medidas de controle e documentação de segurança; apoiar a elaboração, conferência e abertura de Permissão de Trabalho Perigoso (PTP) e Permissão para Trabalho Seguro (PTS), conforme suas atribuições e autorização.Solicitar e acompanhar bloqueios de equipamentos, verificar as condições de energia zero e a liberação para trabalho, conforme procedimentos e requisitos legais aplicáveis. Executar intervenções somente quando capacitado, habilitado e formalmente autorizado para a atividade.Solicitar retirada de materiais e reserva de equipamentos no sistema, verificar disponibilidade nas datas e horários previstos e inspecionar materiais e equipamentos destinados à implantação.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação técnica em Mecânica ou Eletromecânica.Experiência consolidada em fiscalização e implantação de projetos industriais, incluindo montagens, obras e comissionamento.Conhecimento em planejamento e controle de projetos, análise de medições e acompanhamento de RDO.Leitura e interpretação de projetos, desenhos mecânicos e especificações técnicas.Conhecimento de SAP, MS Project, Pacote Office e AutoCAD.
