É fundamental possuir boa comunicação, organização, postura ética e habilidade para orientar famílias de maneira clara e acolhedora. Valorizamos profissionais comprometidos com a prática baseada em evidências, o desenvolvimento contínuo e a excelência assistencial.Necessário disponibilidade para atuar 150 horas mensais, sendo 6:15 diárias (Segunda à Sexta)

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliações fisioterapêuticas voltadas ao desenvolvimento motor, funcionalidade, coordenação motora, equilíbrio, postura e integração sensório-motora.Participar do processo de investigação diagnóstica de transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento, atuando de forma integrada à equipe multiprofissional.Aplicar protocolos e instrumentos de avaliação padronizados relacionados ao desenvolvimento motor e funcional.Elaborar pareceres, relatórios e devolutivas técnicas com base nos achados da avaliação.Contribuir para a construção de hipóteses diagnósticas e recomendações assistenciais em conjunto com a equipe interdisciplinar.Orientar familiares e cuidadores sobre aspectos do desenvolvimento motor e estratégias que favoreçam a funcionalidade e participação nas atividades diárias.Participar de reuniões clínicas, discussões de caso e devolutivas integradas.Registrar informações em prontuário eletrônico de forma ética, completa e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Participar de capacitações, treinamentos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua dos processos assistenciais.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação para esta posição:Graduação completa em Fisioterapia; Registro ativo e regular no Conselho Regional de Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional (CREFITO).Qualificações Desejáveis/Diferenciais: Conhecimento sobre desenvolvimento motor infantil e transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento; Experiência em avaliação fisioterapêutica;

Experiência com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e outras condições do neurodesenvolvimento; Formação complementar em desenvolvimento infantil, neurologia pediátrica, integração sensorial ou áreas correlatas; Vivência em equipes multiprofissionais de saúde; Conhecimento de protocolos padronizados de avaliação do desenvolvimento motor e funcional.Informações adicionaisSomos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
