A S3 Gestão em Saúde está em busca de novos talentos para atuar como FISIOTERAPEUTAResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na assistência fisioterapêutica, especialmente em ambiente de terapia intensiva, realizando avaliação, planejamento, execução e acompanhamento das condutas fisioterapêuticas, com foco na manutenção e recuperação da função respiratória e motora, prevenção de complicações e promoção da segurança e qualidade da assistência, em atuação integrada à equipe multiprofissional.Realizar avaliação fisioterapêutica, considerando aspectos respiratórios, motores e funcionais.Elaborar e executar plano de tratamento fisioterapêutico individualizado, conforme avaliação clínica e necessidades do paciente.Atuar na assistência em ventilação mecânica invasiva e não invasiva, oxigenoterapia e demais modalidades de suporte respiratório.Realizar manejo e acompanhamento da ventilação mecânica, incluindo avaliação de parâmetros, monitorização da resposta clínica e realização dos ajustes fisioterapêuticos pertinentes, em conjunto com a equipe assistencial.Executar técnicas de higiene brônquica, expansão pulmonar, desobstrução de vias aéreas e demais recursos fisioterapêuticos indicados.Realizar acompanhamento e manejo fisioterapêutico de pacientes em CPAP, VNI e demais dispositivos de suporte ventilatório neonatal.Atuar na prevenção e manejo de complicações respiratórias e funcionais relacionadas à internação prolongada e ao uso de suporte ventilatório.Participar do processo de desmame ventilatório e extubação, conforme avaliação clínica e protocolos institucionais.Realizar avaliação e intervenção motora, quando indicada, considerando as particularidades do desenvolvimento neonatal e pediátrico.Participar de discussões clínicas, visitas multiprofissionais, rounds e demais atividades assistenciais da unidade.Registrar avaliações, condutas, evolução clínica e demais informações pertinentes no prontuário do paciente.Orientar familiares e/ou responsáveis quanto aos cuidados fisioterapêuticos, quando pertinente.Identificar alterações clínicas e comunicar prontamente à equipe assistencial situações que demandem avaliação ou intervenção.Zelar pelo adequado funcionamento, conservação e utilização dos equipamentos e materiais fisioterapêuticos.Cumprir protocolos, POPs, normas institucionais e medidas de prevenção e controle de infecções relacionadas à assistência à saúde.Participar de treinamentos, capacitações e atividades de educação permanente promovidas pela instituição.Atuar de forma integrada à equipe multiprofissional, mantendo comunicação técnica, ética e colaborativa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Fisioterapia.Registro ativo e regular no CREFITO.Especialização em Terapia Intensiva Adulto, Neonatal/Pediátrica – requisito obrigatório.Desejável formação complementar em fisioterapia respiratória, ventilação mecânica neonatal/pediátrica ou áreas correlatas.Fisioterapia respiratória neonatal e pediátrica.Ventilação mecânica invasiva e não invasiva.Manejo de vias aéreas e higiene brônquica.Suporte ventilatório neonatal.Avaliação e acompanhamento do desenvolvimento motor neonatal.Rotinas e protocolos de segurança do paciente em ambiente hospitalar.Prevenção e controle de infecções relacionadas à assistência à saúde.Registros e evolução fisioterapêutica em prontuário.Informações adicionaisSalário: R$ 3.875,64 + insalubridade R$648,40
