Realizar coleta e triagem de materiais para realização de exames laboratoriais.* Realizar etapas do processo pré analítico, controle interno de qualidade, inspeções e checagem das amostras.* Centrifugar amostras bialógicas.* Acondicionar material biológico para transporte.* Anotar no sistema informatizado, os resultados das análises e testes realizados.* Repor material e conservar sempre arrumando o box de coleta* Apoiar a unidade de negócio na captação e fidelização de clientes.* Solicitar autorização aos convénios através de ligações, e-mails ou oufros meios.* Informar os clientes a respeito da data de entrega dos exames.* Entregar resultados de exames, através do documento de identificação oficial fornecido pelo cliente.* Conferir guias de pacientes, checando assinatura, nome, pedido médico.* Realizar o fechamento de caixa (somente quando solicitado pelo supervisor da unidade).Responsabiliza-se por encaminhar os clientes para área que poderá atender suas demandas.* Realizar negociação com o cliente quanto a valores e formas de pagamento particular (pré-estabelecido).* Cadastrar/atualizar informações dos clientes no sistema.* Apoiar na capacitação de outros colaboradores Flebotomistas em procedimentos técnicos docargo* Atualizar-se constantemente sobre novos serviços oferecidos pela empresa.* Atender a todos os clientes interos e extemos com cordialidade, respeito e eficiência.* Participar de 100% dos treinamentos em que for convocado pela organização.* Conservar e zelar pelo patrimônio da empresa.* Conhecer a visao e a missao da empresa.* Cumprir normas regulamentadas da empresa e da sua área de atuação* Zelar pela ética e disciplina na empresa.* Utilizar práticas do 5 S* Executar outras tarefas correlatas às acima descritas, a critério de seu superior imediatoRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação mínima: Curso Técnico em Laboratório, Técnico em Análises Clínicas e/ou Patologia Clínica.Informações adicionais: Horário da vaga: 44h semanaisInformações adicionaisBenefícios pensados para o seu dia a dia: Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível, Vale Alimentação ou Refeição;Benefícios para a sua Saúde e Bem-Estar: Plano de Saúde e Odontológico, Licença maternidade e paternidade estendida e Seguro de Vida;
