Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConhecer e aplicar as Diretrizes e Normativas relacionadas à função do Fonoaudiologo na Unidade de atuação, conforme as diretrizes do SUS (Sistema único de Saúde) e Políticas Públicas de Saúde SMS- SP (Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de São Paulo);Prestar serviços de avaliação, prevenção e reabilitação de pacientes com disfunções orais e/ou de linguagem, de todas as faixas etárias, orientando pacientes/usuários, identificando e analisando problemas econômicos, emocionais, psíquicos ou de outra ordem, aplicando processos básicos, auxiliando na recuperação do paciente e promover sua reintegração ao meio social, familiar e de trabalho;Realizar visitas e atendimentos domiciliares quando necessário;Realizar e participar de grupos multidisciplinares, com foco na prevenção e promoção da saúde dos usuários/familiares/comunidade;Avaliar a função motora oral para o estabelecimento em conjuntos com a equipe do método de alimentação;Estimular funcionalmente o sistema sensório motor oral, visando promover de forma segura e o mais precocemente possível a transição da alimentação;Avaliar e estabelecer condutas de intervenção quando presentes dificuldades na amamentação e/ou alterações sensório-motoras orais do recém-nascido;Realizar triagem auditiva através de observação comportamental e emissões otoacústica;Tratar distúrbios vocais, alterações da fala, de linguagem oral, leitura, escrita, deglutição, fluência, funções orofaciais;Aplicar pesquisa do fenômeno de adaptação, impedânciometria, prova de função tubária e pesquisa do declínio do reflexo estapediano;Avaliar movimentação lingual e labial, músculos bucinadores, orbicular dos lábios, masseteres e temporais, bem como avaliar a clínica da mastigação e sensório motor oral;Mediar objetivamente à variação da frequência fundamental da voz, da intensidade e da proporção harmônico-ruído;Realizar técnicas terapêuticas de som nasal – técnica de “HUMMING”, sons fricativos, surdo sustentado, surdo intercalado com sonoro, surdo e sonoros com vogais e sonoro com vogal;Auxiliar e acompanhar a devolução da cognição e adequar funções percepto-cognitivas;Avaliar o sistema auditivo por meio da audiometria tonal, logoaudiometria, imitância acústica, complementar ao diagnóstico clínico médico, bem como avaliar o sistema vestibular por meio da vectoeletronistagmografia e estimulação calórica, complementares ao diagnóstico clínico médico;Orientar e esclarecer dúvidas dos pacientes/usuário e familiares quanto aos procedimentos para prevenção de patologias do sistema auditivo, vestibular e de deglutição, bem como as técnicas adotadas para os exames audiológicos/vestibulares e conduta clínica nos casos de disfagia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em FonoaudiologiaRegistro profissional CRFa/SP ativoDesejável conhecimentos sobre o SUS;Desejável experiência profissional com saúde pública.Informações adicionaisLocal: UBS Jd.
