Profissional com bacharelado em Fonoaudiologia. Compete ao Fonoaudiólogo, em sua área de atuação, considerar os contextos sociais, escolares, educacionais, em articulação com as áreas da Saúde, da Assistência Social, dos Direitos Humanos, da Justiça, dentre outros; e em conjunto com a coordenação técnica, gerência médica e CEFAIs. Contratação pelo regime CLT; Jornada de trabalho de 4 (quatro) horas diárias, de segunda a sexta-feira, cumprida em horário a ser estabelecido em conjunto com a SME. Direito a férias de 30 (trinta) dias, gozadas obrigatoriamente em período coincidente com o das férias escolares.Horário de Trabalho: 08h00 a 12h00Local de trabalho: Rua Apucarana - Vila Gomes Cardim, 215 -SP 03311-000 Responsabilidades e atribuições▪ Realizar, em conjunto com a Equipe do CEFAI, avaliação das necessidades específicas dos estudantes, público-alvo da Educação Especial;▪ Participar de reuniões internas para avaliações das ações desenvolvidas com os estudantes, equipes escolares, pais, famílias e/ou responsáveis;▪ Contribuir para a avaliação fonoaudiológica dos estudantes, apontando necessidades e realizando os encaminhamentos necessários;▪ Auxiliar na elaboração de hipótese diagnóstica e no encaminhamento de estudantes com DEFICIÊNCIA, transtorno global do desenvolvimento – TGD/TEA, em apoio ao CEFAI, para os serviços da Saúde, da Assistência Social, dentre outros;▪ Participar de atividades formativas destinadas à comunidade escolar sobre temas relevantes da sua área de atuação, inclusive quanto aos recursos de tecnologia assistiva e uso de sistemas de comunicação alternativa e aumentativa e disfagia;▪ Atender e orientar as famílias e educadores na busca de estratégias de apoio e acompanhamento para o desenvolvimento dos estudantes e, quando houver necessidade, o encaminhamento para os profissionais de outras áreas, em parceria com as Unidades Educacionais;▪ Apoiar e acompanhar as ações pertinentes já existentes nas Unidades Educacionais;▪ Comprometer-se com a articulação intersetorial no território, visando à integralidade de atendimento, o apoio às Unidades Educacionais eo fortalecimento da Rede de Proteção Social.▪ Ministrar aulas nos cursos de Capacitação Inicial e Educação Continuada.▪ Realizar serviço itinerante e visita domiciliar, conforme demanda e solicitação do CEFAI.▪ Participar da elaboração do material escrito informativo;▪ Participar de reuniões mensais com o CEFAI, NMD e coordenação técnica;▪ Participar em reuniões gerais com SPDM/ DIEE/ CEFAIs;▪ Realizar visita domiciliar, conforme demanda e solicitação do CEFAI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Fonoaudiologia;Conhecimento em informática;CRFa ativo.
